Unrelated, I've been scrapbooking a lot lately. Here are the fruits of my labor. They don't fit on my scanner, so I had to take pictures of them. This made them a little wonky and skewed-looking. Please ignore the wonkyness. :-P

so i just realized that the first three have the exact same layout.. I guess I need to learn to think outside the box a little more..

(it has endless uses- i have one and i use it as a photo envelope) anyway, i bought the purse from hobby lobby, and embellished it with a little muslin rose that i made. its just something simple, but its something sweet. <3 and you know what? i'll fill it with surprises! ;)

i'm like a crafting machine!

last night i stayed up until 5am beading. i made three bracelets, a necklace, and a pair of earrings. it took so long because i kept changing my mind and taking things apart. i feel like it's my job as an artist to only sell things that i think are great. not just ok. so if i dont love it, i start over.

one of the things i made last night was this mood bracelet. the beads change color like a mood ring. and i used faux suede cord (i prefer to be animal friendly when i can) and a silver feather charm. I'm going to keep this one for my self, but i intend to make more for the shop.

this morning i made these little flowers out of scraps of fabric. this is my first attempt at this, and i cant wait to make more! i also made a little headband out of the white muslin.

again, this one is mine, but i plan on listing some of these soon. as soon as the sun comes out again so i can take some good photos.

my cat and i goofed off in front of the tripod a little before i made a craft run to the Hob Lob.

oh those summer days

i made a little headband and i thought it was cute so i took some photos. ill be making more and listing them on etsy soon!

and i saw this little guy out my bedroom window. isnt he adorable! he lives in my yard and helps himself to the birdfeeder.

this is the first in many coming giveaways. in honor of father's day, im giving away 2 of my art prints.

 the first one is a photography print of 3 handmade nails in a stump. taken at carrige hill farm in ohio at the blacksmith shop. its rustic. it has great detail. it would look great in any man's home.

 

the second one is a print of a scratchboard piece i did. its a horsey. :]
