father's day 2010

so today was father's day. my good friend, amber, had invited me to a buddhist temple to visit today, but i declined. i wanted to me with my dad on father's day.

i got him an 8GB flash drive, with a little case to store it in so it doesnt get lost.

 and i made him this little card.

haning out with my family waaas.. um.. ok ill just say it- TERRIBLE. as much as i love my dad, and want to respect him on his special day, i really wished i would have said, "sorry dad, im going to the temple. bye!"

anyway, they're not all bad. my niece is pretty adorable.

 

she has the biggest collection of silly bands id ever seen. 

which my aunt criticized, and then made racist comments about chinese people. someday, someday, ill move far away from my family. maybe ill take my niece with me.

thoughts on father's day

so father's day is coming up. since i have the best dad ever, i want to get him something great. i think i know what im getting him- ill post more about that later. but look what i found on etsy today. i thought it was pretty cute, i mean, manly.. i think it would great on a gift for a guy.
